In 2024 she created Workathon a hybrid consultancy comprising a network of professionals around the world who share and learn from each other about the latest workplace trends; a publishing and broadcasting programme of podcasts, events and white papers; and a bespoke unit to bring together some of the world’s greatest minds in Strategy, HR, Communications, Law, Real Estate and Generations to work on a bespoke basis with teams and leaders alike.
